About Us

Dominion Outreach Centre is the local church component of Kingdom Culture Ministries lead by Shawn & Michelle Gabie. We are based Canada's capital, Ottawa.

With something for every member of the family, DOC exists to minister to you by equipping and training you in the Word of God; through genuine, authentic times of worship; by encouraging meaningful relationships; through Kids and Youth ministries headed up by Spirit-filled leaders, and much more.  

Worship with us Sunday mornings at 10am and join us throughout the week for prayer, fellowship, and outreach.
